Week two…Major works commence

ANOTHER FIRE PLACE TO RESTORE
IT LOOKS BIGGER ALREADY
NOW YOU CAN SEE THE PUB AND THE PORCH HAS GONE TO REVEAL THE FACADE OF 1904
PILLARS ARE REDUCED AND STEELS ARE IN PLACE TO HELP CREATE MORE SPACE
THE FANTASTIC BUILDERS TAKE A WELL EARNED BREAK
THE GENTS ARE STRIPPED OUT TO MAKE WAY FOR THE NEW LADIES TOILET
THE LADIES TOILETS ARE GUTTED TO MAKE SPACE FOR MORE PUB
THE STRIP OUT IS NEARLY COMPLETE AS NEW WALLS APPEAR
THE TREE IS REMOVED

Week Three……….Girders, Turf and a Mole!!!

New walls break up the old modern extension that had little atmosphere
Tarmac has all gone at the front of the pub
The original fire on the right as you walk in is now open both sides
The 'Pantry' is coming together.
The revealed Cheshire fire place hopefully can be brough back in to use
The seating is now being made
The steel girders are in place
This turfed area will need to be re-done and dug out to bring it flush with the propose green at the front.
Turf is being laid across the rear garden
Waiting for the Grass
We have a mole amongst us!
