Who are you?

As Restaurant & Bar Manager you will be the person people come to visit to provide them with a warm welcome and friendly company alongside great food and drink recommendations. You will have high attention to detail to ensure the highest standards of customer service at met not only by yourself but by every one of your front of house team. You will instil the knowledge within your team members and proactively develop the future managers within your team. You will ensure service is speedy and efficient whilst creating relationships with our regulars and maintaining an industry-leading guest journey


This could be the first step on your hospitality management career ladder or you could be a seasoned pro who wants to advance in a beautiful venue with an outside terrace and private dining rooms along with a wide array of interesting rums! You will be responsible for stock control, ordering, sales driving, team building.

What’s expected of you…

  • Liaise with the GM to communicate any training
  • Ensure the pub is H&S and hygienically compliant
  • Conduct perfect inductions with your team to company standards
  • Actively monitor the progress of your team, conduct training sessions and arrange them externally
  • Actively contribute to always improving your own drinks knowledge
  • Conduct or arrange fun, interactive rum tasting events
  • Take responsibility for all beverage ordering, stock level, invoicing, wastage and bar maintenance
