1 Chef de Partie
As Chef de Partie you are a positive, reliable, integral member of The Three Greyhounds Inn’s kitchen operation. You’ll have to be hardworking and trustworthy and used to working in a fast-paced environment. You’ll show attention to detail by maintaining the high standards of cleanliness and organisation within the kitchen team as well as consistently serving well presented, wholesome dishes in a timely manner. You’ll be passionate about preparing and cooking great, fresh food for your guests to enjoy, you will treat everyone with respect and remain calm at all times and you will share your team’s energy and passion to contribute to The Three Greyhounds’ ongoing success

The Three Greyhounds Inn is open 7 days a week, therefore we can offer a flexible working schedule for chefs that either want more of a work/life balance or who have other commitments. Depending on your needs and the needs of business, if successful in your application, a possible rota can be discussed that would suit everyone
